SA-TIED at the African Economic Research Consortium's 50th Biannual Plenary and Research Workshop
SA-TIED researchers present in the 50th Biannual Plenary and Research Workshop convened by the African Economic Research Consortium in Cape Town, South Africa from 2-6 June. The theme of the conference is "Growing with debt in African economies: options, challenges, and pitfalls." Here, economists, researchers, and policymakers convene on the challenges and options for creating inclusive growth in Africa.
SA-TIED will be featured in a special session on 3 June from 16:15-18:15. The session is entitled SA-TIED: Turning the tide on inequality and will feature Finn Tarp, Channing Arndt, and Andrew Donaldson as speakers. It is a part of the Group on Poverty, Labour Markets, and Income Distribution.
